Graduated in 2004 from Henan University, with English Translation as her major, Echo Cao worked as an assistant and a translator for R&D department of a Taiwan factory with household appliances as their main products. In 2005, Echo Cao started her career in BTC Consultant Company as an assistant consultant. During this period of time, she has worked in many important international projects, which provides her with extensive opportunities to develop her professional knowledge in dealing with overseas clients. Owing to her “willingness to learn” attitude and outstanding performance in many projects with the company, she was promoted to be a Project Manager of BTC Consultant Company in year 2008.
