Participation Procedures
Fill out the application form carefully and send the form with company chop back to the organizing committee by fax or E-mail. Total sum or 50% of the charge payment as deposit should be paid to the pointed bank account of organizing committee within 7 days upon signing the contract as confirmation. Exhibitors will give up its reserved booth without deposit payment. The balance should be paid before 8 Sep., 2009.
Exhibitors shall fax or mail the copy of remitting note to organizing committee. The invoice will be issued on the site of exhibition or sent upon request immediately.
