2. Project Background
The upgrade of automobile instruments is imperative under the situation and the digital automobile instruments with stable performance have become the best-related products of automobile industry to automobile upgrade. Presently, the annual automobile capacity of China is above 4 million, the amount of social possession is 25 million. We estimated that the social maintain fittings covers 10% of social possession, the need of automobile instruments in domestic market is above 6 million sets.

3. Content and Scale of Construction
The construction area of workshop in the first stage is 10000 square meter and estimated the production scale after the completion of first stage can reach to 100 thousand sets and the production scale can achieve 500 thousand sets after the completion of secondary stage.

4. Technology and Equipments
The products are manufactured based on the international advanced techniques and the intelligentized single-piece microcomputer control technology—integrate CPU, ROM, I/O, programmable timer/counter, A/D transfer, etc. on one chip.

5. Investment Estimation and Benefit Analysis
The total investment on this project is 15 million. Calculate per annual capacity of 100 thousand sets with average price 350 Yuan per set, the distribution can achieve 35 million and total benefit is about 10 million. The investment payoff period estimated is about 3 years.

6. Project Status
They had finished the infrastructure of workshop, office building, streets, water system and electricity system and the installation of main technique equipments.
