1. Scale of Investment:

Boating and sightseeing, and fishing: yacht 4 pcs x 25,000 RMB/pc = 100,000 RMB; barge 2 pcs x 60,000/pc = 120,000 RMB; small wooden ship 8 pcs x 6,000 RMB/pc = 48,000 RMB. Total Amount: 268,000 RMB;(2)Iron ships required by fisherman(80㎡) 10pcs x 1000 RMB/㎡ = 800,000 RMB;(3)Infrastructure: water, electricity, roads and piers etc, 800,000 RMB. Total Amount: 1868,000 RMB.
Phase Ⅱ(Fixed Asset Investment)

2. Benefit Analysis

Once the project completes, it can receive 30,000 to 50,000 visitors annually. The estimated annual turnover can reach 3000,000 to 500,000 RMB with a profit of millions of RMB. Payback Period (PP) is four years.

3. Investment style:
