Content: 1. Expanding the five sight-seeing agricultural production bases: to build 100 acres of facing-sun grapery; to expand 30 kilometers economical woods with an area of 6500 acres; to build 300 acres of pollution-free vegetable zone, to grow water caltrop, lotus root, cress, etc.; to develop 2000 acres of special aquiculture area for lobster. 2. Building leisure catering square: whole-duck feast, whole-fish feast and venison feast etc. and setting up self-operating catering, catering on water, camping, picnic, camping on water and resting in villa along the lake and so on. 3. 30 kilometers black-surface road construction along the lake; 15000 ㎡of parking lot; and two piers for yacht.

Investment Profile: 10 million RMB for total investment, among which the fixed investment accounts for 60%, while current funds take the rest 40%. Three years for the construction period with coordinated installments 5 million, 3 million and 2 million.

Benefit Analysis
Once the project completes, the estimated annual turnover can reach 25 million RMB with a profit of 3.1 millions RMB. The investment profit margin is above 30%.

Investment model: 1.sole priority. According to the developed scale of the base and scenic spots, the investor can solely enjoy the benefit. 2. Sino-foreign joint. Joint-stock system is employed for operation as per the Company Law of State.
