I. Contents of the project: 1.To build houses of 5640 m2 and water facility, electric power and roads. 2. Equipment and accessories for wood processing. 3. To build 30,000 Mu of Italian poplar base.

II. Scale of the project: 1.To produce 10080 m2 of veneer, 10￡000 packaging cases, 1800 m2 ofwooden products, 2500 m2 of flake board per year. The annual wooden usage is 26160 m3. 2. To build a poplar base of 3 Mu.

Estimated investment and economic profit: I. The total amount of investment of the project is 3,300,000 US Dollars, including 600,000 US Dollars for civil construction, 850,000 US Dollars for facilities, and 1,190,000 US Dollars for raw material base and 730,000US dollars of current capital. II. Expected economic benefit: the increased annual sales income is 4,700,000US Dollars. 2.The annual increased profit is 740,000US Dollars. 3. The investment return period is 4 and 3 quarter years.
