• For the second stage: (fixed investment), the total investment is 1,840,000 yuan.
• Natural outdoor bathing place (bathhouse, life vest, survival crafts, wash room and so on.), the total investment is 300,000yuan.
• Infrastructure of the bathing place: 200,000yuan for the 10,000 square meters (internet and sands and stones to cover the beach.)
• Fish feast: to buy 2 dragon boats, the value is 300,000yuan.
• Holiday tour arena: to build 10 tile cabins along the lake, the size of each cabin is 30 square meters, with 800 yuan per sq.m, the total investment is 240,000yuan. To build 200 square meters of service and entertainment houses, the investment is 200,000yuan.
• Infrastructure: the total amount of water, electric power, roads, and docks is 600,000yuan.
