1. 3. To complete the construction of the 30 kilometers black road surface of the bank along the lake; to build a new park of 1,500 sq.m. and 2 docks for yachts.

Estimated Investment: the total investment is about 10,000,000yuan; including 6,000,000yuan of fixed investment, 4,000,000yuan of current capital. The construction of the project will take 3 years, while the capital launch is 5,000,000yuan, 3,000,000yuan and 2,000,000yuan for 3 different stages.

The analysis of the economic benefit: After construction, the expected annual income is 25,000,000yuan, 3,100,000 yuan of which is the profit, the profit margin is over 30%.

Means of investment: 1.Wholly owned. The investor can hold all the profit as per the exploiting scale of each base and tourism attraction. 2. Joint venture. Following the <<Law of Corporation>> of the nation to apply the share holding system to operate the construction.
