The scenic spot uses the natural resources, such as the lakes, the rivers, the forests and the trees to develop the economy in holidays. The total account of investment is 50,000,000RMB.

Item 1. Investment of 18,000,000 Yuan with the Second Channel River to join the historic city with the scenic spot, the project is nearly finished. In the spot, there is a men-made peninsula with natural terrain. The peninsula is now intended to be built as a 3 stars or above-hotel, with the coverage of 11Mu around the peninsula. The size of the hotel is 100 tables for eating and drinking, 200 beds, 400 facilities for massage and bath; providing kinds of sports and entertainment and multi-functional meeting rooms and etc.  

Item 2. Build a flowers cultivating garden for 4 seasons. There are over 10 hectares for the garden on both banks of the channel. Tourism items such as tiny bridges, flowing waters, squares for leisure and so on and so forth can be developed here.

Item 3. Build a center for fishing.

Item 4. In the port of discharge there is a fishing port, which is nearly 25 Mu. The port is planed to be built as a fishing attraction.

Item 5. In the Xinmin Beach, there is a broad land，it is a joint for the river, the lake and the port. It is planed to develop from the WangGang Island, such as to build the entertainment center, to build the surfing path and hanging buildings (houses with the ground storey not fitted up),and cultivate kinds of lawn on the beach.

Suggestion for the first step of cooperation and the progress of the project: The period of investment is 20 to 30 years. Both private investment and joint venture are acceptable.
